Data processed

Only the data that is needed.

• For site security and technical operation, limited access records such as IP address, request date and time, browser and device information may be processed by our hosting and security infrastructure.
• If you email us, your name, contact details and message content are processed to respond to your request.
• The site has no customer accounts, advertising or visitor profiling. Order and billing data are described below.

Purpose, basis and sharing

Data is processed to deliver the site securely, prevent misuse, respond to messages and meet legal obligations, relying on applicable processing conditions under Law No. 6698. Where necessary, it may be shared with hosting, security and email service providers or legally authorised bodies, and retained only for as long as required for those purposes.

Order and billing information

Personal data in the online store.

Orders and payments are completed through Shopier. Billing details may also be collected through an ANDGames form accessed using an order-specific link.

Name, contact, order and payment information are received from Shopier. The billing form collects name, billing address, district, city and country; business invoices also require company name, tax number and tax office. The personal download form collects a Turkish ID number or a declaration that the customer does not have one; a postcode is optional. Submitting the form again does not replace the first saved billing details. This data is used for order processing, invoicing, digital delivery and support, not for marketing lists.

ANDGames does not request or store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Card details are processed on the Shopier payment page.

Order and billing records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Digital files are delivered from private Cloudflare R2 storage using order-specific download links. Order and delivery emails are sent through Resend; address and identity details entered in the billing form are not included in these emails.

Your rights

You have rights over your data.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law, including access, correction and deletion requests, email info@andgames.com.tr with information identifying you and your request. Applications are handled in accordance with applicable law.
